Dear Sir/Madam

In R-Crisis is it possible, as in previous versions (eg.: Crisis 2007) to include GMPE's through .atn files?

According to the tutorial it seems that yes, but it seems that in the attenuation data screen it does not allow to select this type of files.

Thanks in advance

Dear Conde,

The latest R-CRISIS version (V18.3) does include the option to add GMPEs models by means of attenuation table (*.atn) files. It is available in GMPE built-in models:

For more information about how to build the *.atn file, you may look for it in Help Menu -> Ground-motion prediction equation -> Attenuation tables.

Thank you for your interest in R-CRISIS.

Best regards,

Dear Maj,

All built-in models included in R-CRISIS are previously calibrated and validated with the results shown by the authors. Regarding Campbell and Bozorgnia (2014) model, I can assure you it is correctly implemented in the software. Validation tests may be found in Chapter 4 of R-CRISIS Documentation.

Thank you for your preference and interest in R-CRISIS.

Best regards,
