Dear Eng. Lozano,
The Uniform Hazard Spectrum construction depends of the GMPEs selected. Most of the Ground Motion Predictions Models (GMPMs) are built for 5% of critical damping. For more information about this parameter, you may inquire the respective paper of the GMPEs selected in your model.
