Hello, i am having a problem in the calculations when i am using a DEM file. In specific when i load a DEM file into r-crisis, while trying to display the results certain sites display the message : 'Some values could not be computed'. This message does not appear when i remove the DEM file. I am pretty sure the loaded DEM does not have any problems since i have used it in the past for other projects. I am attaching some screenshots for better insight.

Thank you in advance.

Dear Nikos,

Based on the screenshots you sent us, the problem may be caused by:

1. The site is not included in the grid or is very close to the boundary.

2. The site is included in a no-data region of the DEM. R-CRISIS does not assess the calculation in regions which are classified as no-data by the DEM.

To solve the problem I recommend the following:

1. Extent the calculation grid beyond the sites you are interested.

2. Define a finer grid to have better results.

3. Check your DEM and identify which regions are classified as no-data, perhaps your site is located within one of them.

I hope this helps you to solve your problems.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your preference and interest in R-CRISIS.

Best regards,
