Goodnight. I want to use the GMPE proposed by Chiou and Youngs (2014), however I would like to know how the program determines the parameters Rjb (distance from Joyner and Boore), Rx and Rrup. I hope you can help me, thank you very much in advance.

Dear Edwar,

The different distances are calculated based on the location of the event, its magnitude, rupture area and its orientation, depth, type and coefficients of rupture. The calculation algorithms are not available for the public but, you can get the Event Set for a certain location in your model and within that file you will find all information you are interested in. For more information about Event Set, you may look for it in the R-CRISIS Help Menu.

Thank you for preference and interest in R-CRISIS.

Best regards,
