Q: While defining the source geometry, if I have two adjacent seismogenic   zones sharing the vertices of the same polygon and at different depths, the software shows an error concerning the  intersections of the xy, yz ed xz planes. We have also noted if we slightly move the common points we can get rid of these problems. Could you tell me how to figure that out?

As an example, we have defined two adjacent area sources with different depth, and we noticed R-CRISIS does not show any error concerning intersections of planes. That type of errors appear when vertexes of a same seismic source intersect between themselves, that is, when seismic source is not defined as a convex polygon. If you still having problems with source area definition, please provide us the vertexes of your seismic sources and we can check them.
