Dear Crisis team,

After I obtained my hazard map, I generated an .AME file to be able to use it on the CAPRA-GIS software. Nevertheless, I haven't been able to open the .AME file because I get an error message like the one here. I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you!

To provide you a more efficient assistance, please specify which CAPRA version you are using. Additionally, if you are able to share with us the *.AME file, that would help to solve your problem. You can send to us the *.AME file to r-crisis@ern.com.mx.

Dear Arnold,

The *.AME file cannot be loaded by CAPRA GIS because of the version of the program. I guess the version of CAPRA you are using is that available in https://ecapra.org/es/topics/capra-gis, is it correct? Such version of CAPRA is only compatible with *.AME files developed in CRISIS2007.

ERN has been developing new versions of CAPRA, named R-CAPRA, compatible with the latest version of R-CRISIS, however, this is not available for public. You can make a request of R-CAPRA software by sending an e-mail to contacto@ern.com.mx introducing yourself and explaining, briefly, what would be the purpose of using R-CAPRA.

We will look forward to your e-mail to analyze your request.

Estimado Equipo de Crisis; 

Hace varios días y de acuerdo a lo escrito por parte de ustedes escribí a la dirección electrónica que mencionan en la respuesta de la pregunta inicial de este foro. Sin embargo a la fecha no recibo ninguna respuesta por parte de ustedes. 

Muy atentamente les solicito su ayuda

No se si es que ya no están utilizando esa dirección electrónica o cual es el motivo.
