Dear CRISIS team,

Could you give a hint again on how the extract the location information (i.e. longitude, latitude) of the geometric center of seismic sub-sources? These sub-sources are generated, as explained by the CRISIS manual, by dividing the original area/fault sources into smaller units according to the limitation in Minimum triangle size and Minimum Distance/Triangle Size.

Thank you in advance,

Danhua

This problem has been solved with the hint from Prof. Ordaz (https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Mario_Ordaz).

The location information is integrated in the shapefile, which was generated by CRISIS during the generation process of .ame file.

But when opening the shapefile using QGIS, the location information is not directly visible from the attribute table and needs further extraction.
